MFW fw13: RUNWAY & STREET STYLE

Milan Fashion Week is one of my favorites, I love Italian aesthetics and style of local fashionistas. This fashion week was marked by Dolce & Gabbana with another fantastic fashion story incorporated into 75 luxurious models.

I like the twist in the collection of fashion house Emilio Pucci - loyal to their ethnic chic style, but this time with a touch of sex appeal, elegance and minimalism. The collection which disappointed me a bit was Prada’s, probably because I'm used to the unique design on their runway, not the classic colors and materials such as fur and tweed. Although the shoes were amazing!

Also, I was pleasantly surprised with Roberto Cavalli and Giambattista Valli. Judging by what we have seen, most designers love the combination of fur or warm winter jacket and sandals, I wonder if it will be a trend next winter?
Street style is always interesting in the fashion weeks, including Milan. The stars of this one are certainly stylish Italians, from bloggers like Chiara to fashion editors like Anna dello Russo.

Milanski tjedan mode mi je jedan od najdražih, prvenstvo zato što volim talijansku estetiku i stil tamošnjih fashionistica. Ovaj fashion week obilježili su dvojac Dolce&Gabbana s još jednom fantastičnom modnom pričom ukomponiranom u čak 75 modela. Sviđa mi se obrat u kolekciji modne kuće Emilio Pucci - vjerni svom etno chic stilu, ali ovoga puta s dozom seksepila, minimalizma i elegancije. Kolekcija koja me malo razočarala bila je Pradina, vjerojatno jer sam navikla na jedinstvene i pomalo drugačije kreacije, a ne klasične boje i materijale poput krzna i tvida. Cipele su zato fantastične! Također, ugodno su me iznenadili Roberto Cavalli i Giambattista Valli.

Sudeći po viđenom, većina dizajnera voli kombinaciju krzna ili debele zimske jakne te sandala, pitam se hoće li to biti trend sljedeće zime?
Street style uvijek je zanimljiv na tjednima mode, pa tako i milanskom. Zvijezde ovoga sigurno su stylish Talijanke, od blogerice Chiare do urednice Anne dello Russo, a vjerujem da ni drugi nisu zaostajali. Što vi mislite?
